Jason became a massage therapist after suffering a severe knee injury in 2012. His full recovery, which he attributed to a unique results-driven approach to Manual Therapy, informed his own perspective in Massage Therapy. He graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program at Wake Tech in 2014 and has been practicing since.
Jason focuses on defining the client’s specific complaint, treating that complaint, collaborating with the client to assess the results, and then iterating treatment based on those observations. Clients are active participants in their treatment, and their input is welcomed and incorporated into the treatment plan. Jason specializes in Medical Massage Therapy, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports massage, and TMJ work.
Outside of massage Jason is a happily married father of two who enjoys playing roller derby and pursuing a variety of geeky pursuits.
