Last week we turned the page on another calendar month. It’s May. We are nearing the halfway point of 2019. How’s your year going?
For many of us, New Year’s Resolutions are long forgotten, or we’ve lost sight of the goals and intentions that felt so vivid back in January. Some of us may be immersed in the hustle of our kids’ spring sports schedule. At work, you may be facing the end of the fiscal year, and all time time pressure and stress that comes with it. Perhaps your situation is a combo of these, or you’ve got some other scenario that creates a feeling of time pressure and scarcity.
Time is precious. When you’re living in alignment with your values and goals, time feels expansive. You live, work, and play “in the flow” of life and time.
But, when you are stressed; when you are living without clear goals; when your values are not the center of your decision-making, time contracts. It becomes scarce. You live with a feeling of tightness and unease.
Here’s the good news: You get to choose your relationship with time.
If you want to feel expansive and abundant about your life, you can choose it. You can align yourself with the vision you have for yourself, your work, and your family. You can organize yourself and your choices around your values and goals. You can create a life that flows.
If your current relationship with time needs some work, I’d like to help.
You can Take Back Your Time. In this 6-week course you will:

My journey to vibrant health has also included lots of work with time. I’ve studied the nature of time from an Ayurvedic perspective, and I’ve learned fundamentals of time management from a business perspective.
I incorporate principles of both in my daily life in a way that is practical, intuitive, and in tune with my beliefs and core values. Though there are certainly times when time feels tight, I know how to bring in an element of ease. I know how to live mostly in that state of abundance and flow.
Join us for Take Back Your Time so you can experience that ease and abundance too.
