I commonly hear, “If I could just get my diet right …” or, “If I could stick to one plan ….”
I like to answer that question with a question: “Then WHAT?”

Before I ever coach someone on WHAT to eat, I like to fix the issues around WHEN to eat.
Most of us are under nourished, but over fed. Some of us eat too frequently, in irregular amounts. Others skip eating, favoring their overactive schedules, only to become so hungry that we binge eat. Despite the fact that one body type may be incredibly different from another, we dish up large plates of food many times in a day, hungry or not, often around social engagements or family patterns.
